Dr. Michelle’s office requires a key code to enter, so upon making your appointment, you will be messaged with instructions on how to enter the building. She may also greet you at the door. Please be punctual, as we will need the entire 90 minutes for your first appointment.

If you have any recent lab work or medical records (within the last year or so) that you would like Dr. Michelle to review, please request them from your doctor(s) and email them at least 72 hours prior to your appointment to fehmelchiro@gmail.com (note that email is not HIPPA compliant).

Before your 1st visit with the doctor, she will have thoroughly reviewed your online questionnaire, any relevant labs and/or medical records, and created a custom diet/supplement/and lifestyle protocol to be gone over at this visit.

Additional advanced labs may be recommended at this time, and the pricing will be gone over with the patient prior to ordering them.

​Dr. Michelle likes to get you started with diet, lifestyle and nutritional recommendations typically on the first visit, but in some cases, further testing is needed before implementation of all or some of your protocol.

Follow up visits are usually 60 minutes, depending on the needs of the patient, and are timed about 2 weeks-30 days from your initial for the first 3 months. After 3 months of care, the doctor will reassess your frequency.

Professional-grade products will be provided for you in the office, as well as, from Dr. Fehmel’s online dispensary, which will come to you in an email from the doctor.
